Our ideal candidate:
1. Has experience in software administration.
2. Has basic knowledge of Linux OS administration (ping, traceroute, sockstat, netstat, tcpdump, trafshow, mtr, telnet, etc.)
3. Has experience in technical support of an Internet provider, mobile provider - it will be a plus.
4. Has a basic knowledge of computer networks.
5. Knows English at the level of confident reading and writing.

What will need to be done:
1. Conduct acceptance of project documentation in order to further support the project software.
2. Know the composition of the base and integration software (understand the composition and logic of the solution, the interfaces and ports involved).
3. Compile and maintain documentation on the composition and configuration of the environment for the software being supported.
4. Control the integrity of the software, track changes and make to the documentation.
5. Maintenance of fundamental software data (users, groups, locations, etc.)
6. Conduct a proactive analysis of software / DB logs and traffic in order to anticipate service failures.
7. Classify and process requests from project teams and customers (incidents / change requests).
8. Accept and be responsible for the prompt resolution of incoming requests, carry out technical coordination: transfer requests to specialized teams or postpone their execution, decompose tasks, control deadlines.
9. Understand the required set of measures and take actions aimed at troubleshooting emerging problems in order to identify and eliminate the root cause
10. Provide monthly reports on server availability.
