Roles & Responsibilities
Provide application support (Level1/ 2) for all the applications.
Perform analysis on business applications functionality and suggest improvement.
Ensure effective front end and back end functionality support of applications.
Analyzes, tracks and fixes defects in current applications.
Log Email, Incident, bugs in the system and track to closure within SLA.
Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.
Self-Disciplined, flexible and highly cooperative.
Maintains and updates SQL database structures and stored procedures.

Diploma(Computers), Bachelors in Computer Application(Computers), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers), Bachelor of Science(Computers)

Years of Experience: 4-12 Years
1. PL/SQL
2. Extracting logs from applications
3. WebLogic, Tomcat and JBoss
4. Relational database
5. ORACLE SQL
6. ITIL certified (Preferred)
7. Fintech background experience (Preferred)
