Required knowledge and skills:
3 years of work experience in a similar position;
The ability to find approaches to a potential partner;
Experience in negotiations;
Knowledge of the rules of business correspondence;
Good communication skills;
The level of English is not lower than upper intermediate.

Availability of professional certificates, completion of courses/workshops;
Knowledge of several foreign languages;
Previous work experience in an outsourcing/outstaffing company.
Main duties:
Conducting online meetings with potential partners;
Offline business trips and meetings;
Coordination of terms of cooperation and control of fulfillment of obligations;
Conclusion of agreements and signing of contracts;
To create long-term and mutually beneficial relations with partners;
Formation of reporting within the limits of its functionality;

Stages of the interview:
