Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at WMK Tech. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our online community. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to user inquiries and feedback, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive and inclusive community environment. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop community-focused campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in community management or customer support
Proficiency in social media platforms and online community management tools
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Organizational and time management skills
Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is beneficial
