What will you need to succeed
3+ years of experience as CRM Marketing Manager/Direct Marketing Manager.
Advanced knowledge of SendGrid, OneSignal, TurboSMS or similar tools.
Hands-on experience in implementing deep user segmentation constructing user retention chains, and understanding customer journeys;
Grasp the fundamental principles and approaches to A/B testing, along with hypothesis testing for marketing optimization;
Experience in launching trigger-based and multichannel communication scenarios;
Upper-intermediate English.
As a bonus
experience with Looker Studio, Amplitude, Creatio
Your tasks will be
Manage customer database in the most effective way possible (identify segment of users, create filters);
Execute all email / messenger / push notification campaigns across the company. It`ll include promo campaigns, retention emails, and push notifications. Also, we expect you to work deeply with analytics and the effectiveness of your campaigns;
Influencing key retention marketing metrics such as Customer Retention Rate, Churn rate.
Find new ways how we can interact with customers using all the power of the database;
The data-driven approach in your decisions and work on all levels.
