Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Lebanon, TN. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
