Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Services professional. As part of the role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly. This is an on-site role located in Lebanon, TN, where you will be working directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and utilizing analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot problems.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role:
Experience in a customer support role
Knowledge of job search processes and platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong problem-solving abilities
A degree in a relevant field is a plus
