- Experience with Amazon or other e-com platforms will be a plus.

Tasks:

- work with customer requests and feedback: Customer Support;

- solution of critical situations;

- work with flat files (training, interaction experience will be a plus);

- work with tables, research and analytics;

- performance of operational tasks for store management within e-commerce platforms;

- search and implementation of new process automation tools;

- timely coordination of actions with other employees on current cases.
