Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lebanon, TN. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of engineers. Your daily tasks will include managing project timelines, coordinating with different stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of engineering processes. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the technology industry is preferred
