Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of our clients' cutting-edge web applications. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications using the latest JavaScript technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop full-stack, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and backend engineers, to translate client requirements into elegant and efficient solutions

- Implement intuitive user interfaces and experiences, leveraging the latest front-end frameworks, UI libraries, and design patterns

- Ensure code quality, testability, and scalability through the use of unit tests, integration tests, and continuous integration/deployment

- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability through code optimization, refactoring, and best practices

- Research and evaluate new technologies, libraries, and frameworks to improve the overall quality and efficiency of our web applications

- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for the agency's web development capabilities

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, user-focused web applications

- Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6 and beyond, and a deep understanding of its core concepts and design patterns

- Expertise in building web applications using popular JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and consumption

- Hands-on experience with server-side JavaScript technologies, such as Node.js, Express, and Koa

- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and ORM/ODM tools (e.g., Mongoose, Sequelize)

- Proficient in using Git, CI/CD tools, and deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Heroku)

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby)

- Knowledge of modern front-end tooling and build processes (e.g., Webpack, Rollup, Babel)

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Understanding of progressive web applications (PWAs) and offline-first strategies

- Experience with real-time applications and WebSocket-based communication

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical blog/portfolio

- Certifications in relevant JavaScript development technologies (e.g., React Certified Developer, Angular Certified Developer)
