We are looking for an HR Assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills to join wmktech People Operations LB team. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like assisting in organizing onboarding, training, reporting, administrating employees’ benefits and time-off policies as well as assuring that all HR processes are accurate and up-to-date. You will use HRIS (BambooHR / Leapsome, etc.) to ensure all employee records are accurate and confidential.

An important part of your role will be to act as the contact between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all requests.

An HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions, be flexible and be able to acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding / offboarding and registration of new employees by internal systems, management of the adaptation and dismissal process

  • Communication with employees and support for various requests

  • Manage company accounts in social networks; Support and formation PR - activities and HR - brand, career site management

  • Hands-on experience with Canva or other graphics tools

  • Assistance to the HR manager on any related questions, working closely with the team of recruiters, HR, finance, and marketing

  • Active search and communication with speakers, elaborating regular event plan and mailing lists

  • Organization of online events, including technical ones: assistance in the search for managers/employees, communication, and documentation

  • Manage Medical insurance programs

  • Manage and implement welfare activities

  • Active participation in any other HR-related activities

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the full range of HR processes and desire to develop in it

  • Experience in HR / Event / PR activities in an IT company will be a plus

  • Article writing skills

  • Competent and lively verbal and written skills in both Arabic and English

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organizational skills, creativity

  • English Level - at least B1

  • Graduation from the BSU Institute of Journalism, Department of Information and Communication will be a plus
