What you have to deal with
Support and development of employees within the company: onboarding, adaptation, Performance Review, exit interviews, 1on1 meetings with employees;
Advising employees on internal HR policies and processes;
Participation in HR projects for training, assessment, adaptation, benefits, etc.

Keeping the database and HR systems up to date;
Assistance in collecting, processing, preparing information for internal and external communication;
Working with contractors (ordering gifts, corporate merchandise)
What we expect from you
Hard skills
Higher education, preferably in the field of HR / PR / psychology / sociology / pedagogy / journalism / management and other areas related to work with people and communication, or courses in these areas;
Advanced PC user (you can easily figure out unknown tools and interfaces);
Experience in working with people;
Will be a plus:
-Experience in IT as a researcher, office manager, HR-assistant, etc.
