Higher education (degrees in PR, advertising, marketing and journalism are preferred). Work experience with SMM and event planning. Strong understanding of Employer Branding components and the role of HRs in creating the company brand
About you:
- Ability to create effective ideas and implement them
- Experience in writing texts of various styles, including those written in English
- Experience with graphic design tools and video editing software would be a plus
- Highly developed social and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
You will be responsible for:
- Internal and external HR brand of our company
- Increasing our company's brand recognition, leveraging social media to proactively reach out to talents to make them aware of specific career opportunities with the company
- Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media.
- Cooperating with the HR team to form and implement the company's corporate culture
- Creating a content plan (including the visuals and the creative concept), produce content for job searching websites and social media services
- Writing and editing texts of various styles
- Organizing external activities to promote our HR-brand (conferences, meetups, job fairs, coordinating work with universities and student organizations).
- Development, budgeting, implementation, effectiveness evaluation, reporting
- Organizing internal corporate events for the whole company, as well as separate departments
- Interacting with the employees and engaging them in the branding events
