What you can expect to do:
- Provide full employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance review, absence management, etc.
- Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related inquiries;
- Drive general team events like internal meetups, parties, etc.
- Organize and keep up-to-date company databases on employees matters;
- Benefits administration;
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves;
- Support relocation activities of the company;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes;
- Prepare global HR documentation, i.e. HR policies, benefits enrolment documentation, payroll enrolment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, and so on;
- Communicate with various service providers and partners, and find new ones if needed.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a tech company;
- Proficiency in both English and Russian languages (written and verbal);
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
- Ability to work in an international team of team members in different locations and from different cultures;
- Proactivity and ability to establish a good working relationship with people of all levels throughout a company.
