Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Lebanon, TN. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. Your role will be to ensure effective HR operations and contribute to the overall success of WMK Tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
