Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Lebanon. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and enabling HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR administration in compliance with local labor laws. The Human Resources Specialist will also play a key role in developing and supporting WMK TECH company talent acquisition and retention strategy.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
Experience in creating and managing HR policies and employee benefits programs
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
