WMK is an innovative, Machine Learning based anti-fraud solution that detects the mobile app install fraud with dramatically improved accuracy. There are a lot of different types of app install ad fraud, although the traditional rules-based analysis used by existing solutions helps to detect only few of them. By applying to both unsupervised and semi-supervised machine learning algorithms, WMKsolves the problem by analyzing deeply hundreds of features and variables, thus reducing efficiently the number of false positive and false-negative errors. With its unique self-learning engine it helps mobile advertisers to stay ahead of fraudsters without any need to update constantly the rules, as they modify their attack techniques.
Scalarr was founded by experts in mobile marketing and data science. It serves the hi-tech mobile-first companies by protecting them against the app-install ad fraud and preventing the loss.
WMK is based in Lebanon, Baalbek.


WMK is looking for a highly-skilled and innovative recruiter who will execute a talent acquisition strategy meeting the needs of our fast-growing business. You will work across disciplines at varying levels of seniority, focusing largely on roles within Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management.

Responsibilities:


• Perform a full-cycle recruiting process and define the best talent profiles according to our business needs.

• Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify and engage candidates.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.

• Research and gather market intelligence to be able to understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities.

• Track candidate activity and share with internal Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management Teams.


Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in the technical software or hardware fields, with experience in proactive sourcing, making offers and closing international candidate vacancies, and bringing awareness of market trends.

• Strong recruiting experience of engineering roles, from developer to architect levels. Areas of focus: IoT (Mobile, Edge, Cloud), Big Data (Engineering, Data Visualization, Digital Analytics, Data Science), DevOps, UI/UX Design and Development, Project Management and Quality Assurance, and Cybersecurity.

• Practical experience working with international candidates in different time zones and cultures.

Experience analyzing data and developing and articulating recommendations for actions based on data analysis.

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Commitment, team orientation, and genuine interest in different IT fields.
