Summary:

Looking for a skilled Developer, with experience in developing and maintaining scalable solutions in a collaborative agile environment, and strong experience in C#, MySQL, ASP.Net MVC architecture, and CSHTML JavaScript frameworks. In charge of testing and implementing such solutions. Candidate should have good communication & problem-solving skills, strong interest for technology and achievements.

Tasks:

· Collect and document requirements via meetings and discussions with the Operations team

· Design, and implement efficient code based on a set of requirements.

· Perform Unit tests on newly developed features to ensure functioning according to the requirements.

· Write good technical documentation to keep track of all aspects of the application component and how they interact with each other.

· Review the code of other developers as per Best practices and suggest improvements in the code.

· Troubleshoot and implement bug fixes for the current platform issues raised by the Operations team on the production.

· Collaborate with team members and share knowledge on topics of interest with all members.

· Plan, prepare, and provide training to end users on developed software application usage.

· Participate in daily calls to report on the progress of the tasks in the sprint.

Qualifications-Skills:

· BS Or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent

· Experience in:

Developing high performance and highly scalable software application in an agile environment
Insurance/reinsurance software development is a plus
Prior experience with Scrum methodology is a plus
Testing and troubleshooting

· Proficiency in:

C#, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript and HTML are a must
in MySQL and Stored Procedures are a must
OOP concepts and data structures are a must

· Skills/Abilities:

Communicate/participate with operations team to understand requirements/troubleshoot bugs
Multitasking, autonomous while working under pressure
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, goal and result oriented
English Proficient
