• Experience with processes in ITSM / CRM / ERP systems.
• Experience in configuring ITSM / CRM / ERP systems.
• JavaScript is intermediate.
• English at the level of confident reading of the documentation.
• Experience with MySQL as a user.
• Experience in developing integrations using SOAP, REST protocols.

Will be a plus:

• Unix administration experience.
• Experience with SNMP traps (sending / processing).
• Experience in developing integrations with CORS technologies and CORBA protocols.
• Higher technical education. Computing systems and automation.
• Experience in the telecom sector.
