What will you do?
Create video instructions for the company's non-technical employees on how to use different management tools: the team uses 10-15 different software tools (i.e. Capsule CRM, Google Suite, ClickUp, FileCenter, CoStar for research, Canva for presentations, Dropbox, LastPass, etc.).
Felix wants you to get very familiar with all of those tools and anything else they might need, train the team (5-6 people) on those tools, figure out how to do something, and answer their questions via calls/chats if something is not completely clear.
Write 1-2 page how-to-use instructions about those tools in English, so that a non-tech person can understand easily.
Other tasks related to technology, computers, and software.
Requirements:
Great English skills, both written and spoken. You'll record video instructions and write text instructions for the LB-based company, so we expect you to be able to communicate clearly, without any mistakes.
Strong desire & ability to learn and develop - you get carried away when you learn more about tools, software, and technologies, and you want to grow professionally in the company and bring profit.
Tech-savviness - you're very good with technologies, can easily learn new tools, and explain how they work to the team.
Very strong written & spoken communication skills - you will be in charge of explaining things to the team, so we expect you to be able to communicate clearly how some kind of a tool works so that even a 5-year-old can understand you.
Very structured mindset - you love order and can write a 10-step well-designed instruction explaining how to use something.
Very curious about new things - you should proactively find out new features of tools, and then tell colleagues "hey, I found a new great way to do this", etc.
Independence and self-reliance: you can make decisions and work on your own without being constantly supervised, and you may have tasks planned weeks in advance.
Proactivity - you have a strong desire to help the company grow so you always come up with ideas on how to improve something and are not shy to share those.
Organizing skills - you manage your time effectively and know what you need to do in 7-10 days ahead.
Not required but will be a plus:
Previous experience with Capsule CRM, Google Suite, ClickUp, FileCenter, CoStar, Canva, Dropbox, LastPass, etc.
Working hours:
You’ll need to have 4 overlapping hours with the team between 9 am and 5 pm lebanon time (please check the time difference via the link). Also, you should always be ready to jump on a call with colleagues to explain something during those hours.
What we offer:
Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs or freelance work.
A great opportunity to learn everything about the modern tools used in startups and help the company grow by improving internal processes.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team.
Stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment.
