About the role
You will be part of one or more of the following teams
- Customer success
- Service companies which use wmktech
- Campus & test delivery
- Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across lebanon. This includes identifying test centre, proctors and defining best practices
- Onboard colleges to use wktech services
- Digital marketing
- This function is yet to be set up
While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of excel).
Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are a geek / nerdish person. You are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge driven rather than just being able to talk well.
Must Have:
- 2021/22 batch
- Great academics
- Good communication skills
- Not rejected in the last 12 months for any role at wmktech
Selection process
- Round 1: Basic Aptitude test
- Round 2: Online communication (speaking) test
- Round 3: Interviews
- Will include puzzle-solving
Service Terms:
Company spends considerable effort in training new interns / employees through direct mentoring. Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months of full-time employment post internship need only apply.
