WMK is looking for a Middle Python Developer to join our team at Baalbek office.
Our company (wmktech.com) is a more than 14strong, close-knit, and highly professional software development team based in Beirut and Baalbek. We have been engaged in delivering bespoke software to North-American and Western-European clients since 2018 and are equally experienced in web and mobile development.
About the role:
You will join the wmk's team, not the particular project. Actually, you will work on many projects, some of them will be written from scratch. At the moment we have projects from a wide range of business domains - finance, organizational platforms, system monitoring tools. Projects you'll be working on won't be huge. Most of them will contain 2-4 developers, a QA engineer, and a PM.
Responsibilities:
● Produce high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software.
● Perform project maintenance and enhancements.
● Ensure quality of work through development standards and QA procedures.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in writing clean and efficient Python code.
● Solid experience with the Django framework.
● Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
● Working experience with GitFlow.
● Good written and spoken communicative English skills.
● Ability to work in a distributed, international team environment.
As a plus:
● Knowledge of AWS.
● Experience working with FastAPI.
● Experience working with MongoDB or any other NoSQL database.
