Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Traffic Manager at our Lebanon, TN location. As a Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the flow of digital traffic to our website. Your day-to-day tasks include managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing data to drive traffic and conversions, monitoring website performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and increase engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and techniques
Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and optimizing traffic
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Relevant certifications in digital marketing or traffic management are a plus
