📑Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve client objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion optimization
- Create and optimize ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, ad copy, and budget allocation, to maximize ROI and performance
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct A/B testing of ad elements to identify the most effective strategies and iterate on campaign optimizations
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook advertising best practices, industry trends, and platform updates to ensure campaign success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative teams, copywriters, and account managers, to align ad campaigns with client goals and messaging
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on campaign performance data and industry insights
👨🏻💻Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- 2/ 3+ years of experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising platforms, with a strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting options, and optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve campaign objectives, such as lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative ad concepts and strategies to engage target audiences effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry developments in digital advertising
