Seeking a Web Developer to join its digital team. The candidate will manage the day-to-day aspects of the website for a WMK specifically, layout, new section development, content updates (special features, event updates, photo galleries, press releases), multimedia encoding/management, and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

• The position will support the Interactive Marketing Manager in executing website priorities for internal lines of business including Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, Premium Hospitality, Community, PR, Diversity & Inclusion and HR
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, QA, and other developers to ensure beautifully crafted UX/UI experiences and effective implementations that get results and are delivered quickly
• Manage and improve all WMK Global websites to elevate our brand and growth
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications
• Ensures that layout of the content is accessible and logical, as well as recommends improvements as vital
• Interfaces with the marketing team to update the site and promote content to help drive ticket sales
• Stays on top of the latest trends in web development and design; provides strategic recommendations and introduces new solutions where applicable
• Designs online WMK standard ad units for use on team web properties and for external media sites
• Work both independently with little supervision, as well as in a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications:

Top 3 most important experiences required :

• UX Design and development
• Front end Development like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON and REACT
• Drupal or WordPress is nice to have



• 3-5 years’ experience working with web development and web design
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Ability to lift 10lbs
• Attention to clean, efficient coding techniques
• Strong background in web design and development with high regard for usability and maintaining web standards
• Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON is required
• Proficient knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, AngularJS and ReactJS
• Proficient in responsive design
• Experience working on mobile platforms
• Comfortable in working with content management systems Drupal, WordPress & Carbon House (a plus)
• Knowledge in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Proficient in creating user stories, personas, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes
