Has experience in software administration.

Has basic knowledge of Linux OS administration (ping, traceroute, sockstat, netstat, tcpdump, trafshow, mtr, telnet, etc.)

Has experience in technical support of an Internet provider, a mobile provider - it will be a plus.

Has basic knowledge of computer networks.

Has experience in teamwork.

Experienced in work organization / coordination.

Knows English at the level of confident reading and writing.

What you need to do:

Conduct acceptance of project documentation in order to further support the project software.

Know the composition of the basic and integration software (understand the composition and logic of the solution, the interfaces and ports involved).

Compile and maintain documentation on the composition and configuration of the environment for supported software.

Control the integrity of the software, track changes and make to the documentation.

Maintenance of fundamental software data (users, groups, locations, etc.)

Conduct a proactive analysis of logs and software / DB traffic in order to anticipate service disruption.

Classify and process requests from project teams and customers (incidents / change requests).

Accept and be responsible for the prompt resolution of incoming requests, carry out technical coordination: transfer requests to specialized teams or leave them in their own execution, decompose tasks, control deadlines.

Understand the necessary set of measures and take actions aimed at troubleshooting emerging problems in order to identify and eliminate the root cause

Provide monthly reports on server availability.
