Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at WMK Tech's office located in Lebanon, TN. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Business Analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in documenting and analyzing business processes

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable plans

Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Experience in the tech industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
