And now we are looking for a Business Analyst to take care of one of the business-critical applications for one of our enterprise clients. You will be leading the business analysis focus on providing the platform to the healthcare industry, enabling with tools and information needed to provide the best care to our client end-users.

This product is key to our Client's long-term success and we will be working to establish its road map.

YOU ARE

• A multi-skilled, great communicator, a strong Business Analyst producing backlog with ease
• Acting as a primary contact point between business stakeholders and development team
• Acting as a Product Owner, committed to delivery
• Suggesting solution improvements and enhancements, working with clients development teams
• Determining business requirements focusing on a solution or part of solution and documenting them
• Exploring solution-related risks, external factors, assumptions, constraints, etc.
• Suggesting design options and improvements for To Be state of a solution
• Conducting stakeholder analysis (roles, responsibilities, influence, attitude, preferences for the identified internal and external stakeholders)
• Setting up rules for requirements workflow, prioritization, definition of done and ready, changing management and format of requirement
• Making preparation for and conducting elicitation sessions using different techniques and their combinations (e.g. surveys, observations, group interviews, document analysis, interface analysis, etc.)
• Cross-checking elicitation results against the sources and other available BA information
• Explaining business context of a solution to the development team and other relevant stakeholders
• Discussing solution requirements and designing options with the team, and communicating outcomes to the client (incl. business context, tech dependencies, constraints, risks, benefits and opportunities)
• Escalating requirements conflicts to the relevant stakeholders and tracking their resolutions
• Ready to alert relevant stakeholders in case of low stakeholders engagement

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Both functional and non-functional requirements specification and documenting (e.g. user story with acceptance criteria, use-cases, feature document, quality attribute scenario, etc.)
• Supporting both functional and non-functional requirements with appropriate models and visuals (e.g. diagrams, matrices, mockups, wireframes, calculation models)
• Verifying both functional and non-functional requirements and models with the team and client. Creating verification check-list if needed
• Validating both functional and non-functional requirements against the business needs, goals and objectives of a particular solution
• Specifying, documenting, modeling, verifying, and validating transition requirements (data mapping for migration, end-users training, policies, etc.)
• Outlining scope boundaries of a module or feature (e.g. in- and out-of-scope, functional decomposition, use case diagrams, models, etc.)
• Allocating solution requirements to development iterations
• Prioritizing solution requirements using simple classification techniques
• Using traceability to ensure requirements coverage and analyze requirements changes
• Obtaining stakeholders' approval for solution requirements
• Maintaining solution requirements and their attributes
• Clients getting a quick grasp of client's business and priorities
