Who are we looking for?


Business Process Analyst who will build reference sales processes and automate them through amoCRM implementation.


Necessarily:


The presence of completed courses in the specialty Business Analyst.

What do we have to do:


Collect and develop requirements for the implementation of a CRM system: analyze business processes, identify customer needs for solving business problems, develop solution images, build process maps (BPMN 2.0), build sales funnels.

Coordinate project documentation with the Customer, manage requirements and priorities;

Customize the CRM system and related services for the business processes of the Customer;

Create terms of reference for developers and supervise development;

Test systems and services within the project;

Participate in the sales process as a business analyst (selection and approval of solutions for the Customer's business processes);

Constantly "pump" in new tools for automating sales and apply skills in projects;

Explore our products and fall in love with them;

Play an active role in the development of the company.

We expect you to:


Have experience as a business analyst or completed courses in the specialty Business Analyst;

You have high independence - you are able to understand an unfamiliar problem and solve it;

You are able to clearly and structuredly express your thoughts both orally and in writing and ask the right questions to identify key client tasks;

Ability to work with project documentation

Ready to create training videos on the product;

Responsibly approach the solution of the tasks set and are focused on the result - bring what you started to the end;

Work effectively in a team;

Received higher education.

Great if you:


You have experience in analyzing, describing and reengineering business processes;

Have experience in sales;

Worked with amoCRM or another CRM system;

Proficient in BPMN 2.0 notation;

Familiar with web development technologies or have been involved in their sales;

Familiar with digital marketing tools.
