Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lebanon, TN. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to driving business growth and expanding market reach. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to generate sales and revenue. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development or sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of market research and analysis

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans

Effective team collaboration and leadership skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
