Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role at WMK Tech, located on-site in Lebanon, TN. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and implementing sales and marketing plans. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, exceptional sales and marketing skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business objectives
Experience conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with sales and marketing software tools
