Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Profile Manager role located in Lebanon, TN which involves overseeing and managing a company’s online presence to reach target audiences. The business profile manager is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining the company’s online profile, boosting online visibility and increasing brand awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Proven experience in managing and optimizing online profiles, social media, and other communication channels
A high degree of familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Experience in using marketing analytics and leveraging insights to optimize profiles and campaigns
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as being a team player
Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Certifications in Digital Marketing, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Google Ads is a plus
