Role Description

•This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at WMK Tech's office located in Lebanon, TN.

•As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

•You will identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Qualifications

•Analytical Skills and Business AnalysisStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in documenting and analyzing business processesAbility to gather and translate business requirements into actionable plansKnowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologiesAttention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

•Experience in the tech industry is a plus

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
