Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Campaign Specialist role located in Lebanon, TN. The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical with a strong background in data-driven marketing and demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
2+ years of experience in campaign management and optimization within a digital marketing environment
Strong proficiency in online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and reporting and analytics
Excellent knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and positioning
Experience with ad copy and creative development
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong communication and project management skills
