Compensation for the cost of coworking
Fixed working day Mon-Fri, from 8:00 to 17:00 lebanon time
Paid vacation 18 working days.

Our ideal candidate:
Has experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
Knows English at least Upper-intermediate.
What you need to do:
Coordinate projects: -
Create a complete database of administrative documents for the project
Prepare a project / resource plan from scratch, keep project documentation up to date (list of tasks, deadlines, status)
Organize the work of the project team
Schedule resources on a weekly basis
Manage, monitor and predict the successful execution and implementation of the project on time and within the allocated budget.
Organize and hold rallies.
Identify risks and problems, remove obstacles that hinder the progress of work;
Prepare reports:
Create and approve report templates that meet customer expectations.
Prepare a report at a specified frequency (weekly / monthly)
