Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cpanel Manager at WMK Tech located in Lebanon, TN. The Cpanel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of the Cpanel platform. This includes configuring and maintaining server settings, managing user accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Cpanel Manager will also collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal performance and security of the platform.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Cpanel administration and server management

Experience in managing and troubleshooting technical issues

Understanding of web hosting and server technologies

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Experience in the IT industry or related field is a plus
