Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at WMK Tech in Lebanon, TN. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. This includes managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer service. Your role will also involve effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
