We are a WMK product company. We develop applications that extend the capabilities of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
Since 2018, we have released 25+ great solutions that are used by more than 11 thousand companies around the world (Logitech, Netflix, Tesla Motors, Samsung, Walmart, Red Bull)
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our Table Filter and Charts for WMK product team. The product team consists of 7 people (3 developers, support manager, content manager, product analyst and PM). You can work remotely.
WMK APP is an app for working with tables, graphs and charts in Confluence. The product has more than 10,000 installs. The main customers are companies from the USA, Australia and Europe And Lebanon
What tasks does a technical support specialist solve with us?
Advises clients on the product, tells how to use the product. To do this, you need to know the features and understand the logic of the product.
Finds solutions to non-standard tasks of clients. At the same time, tasks of the same type are extremely rare, there are no standard scripts, work in our support is not like the work of a call center, which only makes it more interesting.
Finds the causes of technical problems with the product from customers and communicates with the developers to fix them.
What skills are important for this position
Fluency in written and spoken English. This means that you can:
correspond daily with clients
from time to time conduct video calls to clarify the details of the problem or to present the product features
suggest and make changes to product documentation in English.
Ability and desire to deeply understand the product.
The ability to communicate in a friendly manner with any people, regardless of their gender, country of origin, etc.
Experience in any role in a software development team.
Experience in working with clients (service, technical support, customer service, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SQL.
