 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Lebanon, TN. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with customers. This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Excellent problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a customer support role is a plus
