🗂️Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Test and iterate on ad creative, targeting options, and campaign settings to drive continuous improvement and maximize results.
🌟Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms, including campaign setup, targeting options, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Google Ads and social media advertising certifications are a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
