**Position Summary**

As the Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce), you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth, increase customer engagement, and optimize the performance of our clients' e-commerce platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, design, and sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' online businesses.


**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and target audience

- Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing

- Analyze and interpret website analytics, marketing data, and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making

- Design and implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to enhance the user experience and drive e-commerce sales

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the seamless integration of digital marketing tools and platforms with our clients' e-commerce platforms

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing and e-commerce landscape

- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients

- Manage and oversee the work of digital marketing specialists, such as SEO experts, social media managers, and paid media specialists

- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices

- Serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their e-commerce presence and drive business growth


**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and omnichannel strategies

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.)

- Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data-driven decision making

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and their integration with digital marketing tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field


**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)

- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)

- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and techniques

- Experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and their impact on e-commerce conversion rates

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira)

- Exposure to agile software development methodologies and their application in digital marketing

- Certification in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot)
