Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Website Specialist at WMK Tech. The E-commerce Website Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the website including product listings, pricing, and promotions. They will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales.

Qualifications

E-commerce experience, including product listing, pricing, and promotions

Analytical skills to track and analyze website metrics and sales data

Strong communication skills to work with sales and customer service teams

Customer service experience to ensure customer satisfaction

Sales experience to optimize website sales

Experience with website management tools such as CMS and Google Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
