WMKTECH is an international software development company. In 2018, we started as a SaaS startup developing an analytics platform. Today we are actively developing in custom development, we work with large companies and cool startups from the USA and Europe. We create high-demand IT products in a team with strong developers. Every month, 10 projects come for evaluation, 2-3 projects start.
Now we are about 40 passionate professionals: Backend, Frontend, QA, AI, PM, Mobile, Marketing, HR, Design.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Middle+ Frontend React Developer
Technology stack: React/Angular, Ruby on Rails, Gitlab, Ansible, Docker

• We regularly update to new versions of React.

• hosted on AWS.

• tasks in Jira, Trello.

• code in GitLab, stick to GitFlow.

• we cover 100% of the code with tests, automatically test and deploy via GitLab CI / CD

• we do code reviews, we try to constantly refactor the code

• documentation in Google Docs.

• we monitor the quality of the code: linters, application monitoring, tests.

• We actively use Docker.

• We communicate in Discord, HangOut.

• Project: A platform for automating the work of a music label: artists, finance, copyright, monitoring of various promotion channels.

• a full-fledged development process without unnecessary bureaucracy. role model. Scrum/Kanban

• full-featured team: PM, UX/UI designer, frontend developer, backend developer, QA engineer;

• remote full-time work – it doesn’t matter to us from where in the world you work, only the result is important.

• soft schedule: it is enough to synchronize time zones and have intersections of working time with the team;

• a five-day work week with the ability to choose a convenient start of the working day;

• corporate events (mountain trips, cinema, meetings with the team);

• no vertical boss-subordinate relationship: all employees of the company are involved in the process of implementing ideas!

• revision of the RFP 1-2 times a year with feedback.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of modern layout principles, SCSS

• Deep knowledge of Javascript and Typescript

• Ability to work with Webpack

• Fluency in React and Mobx libraries

• Ability to work with jest, enzyme, cypress, tailwindcss, less

• Spoken English at intermediate level and above

• Experience working with an English-speaking team would be a plus.
