**Position Summary**

As a Full Stack Developer (React), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications using the latest React.js framework and related technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-performing, feature-rich, and visually appealing digital solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop modern, responsive, and accessible web applications using React.js, Redux, and other related frameworks and libraries

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into interactive and intuitive user interfaces

- Implement efficient data fetching, state management, and component lifecycle management using React best practices

- Develop reusable React components that adhere to established design systems and UI guidelines

- Integrate React-based frontend applications with backend APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through the use of various optimization techniques and best practices

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and coding conventions

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement

- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues, working closely with the broader development team

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the React.js ecosystem and the web development industry

- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack web developer, with a strong focus on building React.js-based applications

- Proficient in React.js, including its core concepts, patterns, and best practices

- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript, including ES6+ features, and familiarity with TypeScript

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX

- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and data fetching techniques

- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, .NET Core, Laravel)

- Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks and preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less, Styled Components)
