I will be in charge of recruiting, supporting and enhancing talent through developing policies and managing procedures. I will be responsible for administrative tasks that will contribute in making the company a better place to work for.

Responsibilities include:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Advise on policies and procedures
I will actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements and managing the recruitment process
Create and implement effective qualification plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist with performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary cases and grievances
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

I will prove my experience as an HR Officer, Administrator or other HR position
Knowledge of HR functions (wages and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
Understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Learn in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of human resource management system is an added advantage
Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to solve problems and make decisions
Strong ethics and reliability
BA/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or a related field; More training would be an added advantage
HR credentials (such as PHR from the Institute for Human Resources Credentialing)


 TITLE: Front-end, Back-end and Full stack developer 


Front-end Developer 

Front-end of a website is the one with whom the users interact with .

It's a combination of HTML,CSS and JavaScript that's controlled by the computer's browser. These people are responsible for a website's user-facing code and the architecture of its tremendous user experience.

They should be fluent in 3 main languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript programming.

In addition they should have knowledge with frameworks to ensure an outstanding content no matter the device, and some require experience in Ajax.

Back-end Developer 

The Back-end where the data is stored consist of: a server, an application and a data base.

It builds and maintains the technology that powers those components which enable the user-facing side of the website to even exist in the first place.

Back-end developers use server side language such as: PHP, Ruby, Java and others.

Having experience with with PHP frameworks like Zend, Symfony and Cake PHP and version control software like SVN, CVS or Git.

Also an experience with Linux as a development and development system. Before writing the code they should get in touch with business stakeholders to understand their needs.

Full stack developer  Full stack developers work like back-end developers on the server side of web programming but they can fluently speak the front-end languages that control how content looks on a site's user-facing side.
