Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, creating and curating social media content, and implementing effective email marketing strategies. The role involves day-to-day monitoring, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to drive engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation

Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create and manage effective Google Ads campaigns

Experience in email marketing and CRM platforms

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data

Proactive and detail-oriented

Experience in the job search or recruitment industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
