All people and especially girls suffer from the problem of hair loss, as they wish to have a long thick hair but every time when they comb their hair, they see hundreds of their hair falling and that’s what makes them get frustrated and pushes them to take many vitamins and medicines to treat this problem

First, how can we define hair loss scientifically:

As The disorder Trichotillomania creates an irresistible urge to pull out the hair from your scalp, eyebrows, and other areas of the body.

Telogen effluvium (stress-induced hair loss) usually causes diffuse thinning, a type of hair loss that affects your entire scalp. If you have telogen effluvium, your hair will normally look thinner and less dense than normal, especially under bright light.

But don’t worry dear, you can easily treat your hair loss problem that caused by stress, when just your anxiety or stress levels go back to normal, then again your hair will grow again 

In addition to that there are some other ways to treat hair loss emotionally, but keep remembering that the main treatment is to stay away from depression, anxiety and stress. 

So there are 8 ways to cope with hair loss emotionally: (away from taking medicines) 

- Cut yourself a break: Hair loss is stressful

- Consult a doctor right away for information and support

- Learn about your treatment options. 

- Understand the role of stress and the importance of easing it.

- See a therapist and treat depression

- Find a support group and online resources.

- Consider a wig 

- Switch up your hairstyle
