JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Head of Digital:

  • The person would be responsible for developing & executing online marketing campaigns/initiatives with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and revenue;
  • A data-driven marketer who is passionate about delivering business performance through online marketing;
  • We want to use innovative digital strategies and not just ad-spend to acquire users.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Spearheading the entire Digital Marketing activities;
  • Define online advertising strategy and create multichannel advertising campaigns;
  • Google SEM, Facebook (paid ads, engagement on groups), Tik Tok, Snapchat and other media channels;
  • Create, manage, optimize ad spend across these in a data-driven approach;
  • Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches;
  • Stay up to date with the market, consumers & competitors;
  • Design an editorial calendar of engaging digital content;
  • Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Brands managers;
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance and consumer engagement;
  • Maintain an understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities;
  • Growth hacking approach;
  • Build Audience leveraging all Digital marketing methods (content marketing, social, influence);
  • Leverage Earned media through influencers strategies;
  • Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and provide relevant content for them; in order to support digital marketing campaigns.
