wmktech and IT agency that is actively developing and developing corporate identity designs, websites and digital products for clients from around the world. The main task of HR Generalist is to build and adjust the work of HR-processes in the company, coordinate the work of the recruitment team.

What is important for us when choosing a candidate :


Critical experience :


  • experience in HRG / HRM positions from 3 years;
  • experience in companies in the field of IT or marketing / in service companies;
  • skills of design, development and effective implementation of HR-solutions in the organization;
  • experience in developing individual employee development plans.


Basic required knowledge, skills and competencies :


  • understanding the importance and role of HR-function in business;
  • understanding and following HR ethics;
  • desire and aspiration for professional and personal development;
  • strategic thinking;
  • systematic work.


Experience that will be an advantage :


  • development of a grading system;
  • development of compensation strategy;
  • implementation and optimization of automatic telephone exchange (Applicant Tracking System).


The main tasks of HR Generalist :


  • improvement / strengthening of processes at the stages of the career cycle of employees - recruitment, recruitment, adaptation, development, retention, dismissal;
  • coordination and optimization of the recruitment team;
  • formation / support of the environment of professional development and culture of mentoring and feedback;
  • talent segmentation in the organization;
  • development of employee development system - diagnostics of training needs of teams in accordance with business strategy;
  • budget formation and organization of internal and external training of employees;
  • assessment of the effectiveness of HR activities;
  • control of key HR-metrics in the organization;
  • coaching / supporting employees at different levels of the organizational structure and identifying strengths and areas of development in teams.
