Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Manager at WMK Tech located in Lebanon, TN. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policies. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting a positive work culture.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite

Familiarity with labor laws and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
